Privacy notice
What this portal holds about you, why, and who can see it.
What this portal is
CampSuite is the booking system your park uses. This portal is the part of it you sign into, so you can look up a stay you have booked, see what is left to pay and pay it, without having to ring the park to ask.
The park still owns your booking and your guest record. CampSuite runs the software it is kept in.
When you pay online, you are sent to that park's own payment page. This portal never asks for or sees your card details.
What we hold
- Your sign-in details. Your email address and your password. The password is stored one way only, so nobody at CampSuite or at the park can read it.
- The links you hold. One record per park you have linked a booking to, saying which guest record at that park is yours.
- Your bookings at those parks. Arrival and departure days, what you booked, what it costs and what has been paid. That information belongs to the park and is shown to you through the link.
How linking a booking works
A matching email address is not enough to open a booking, because addresses get shared, mistyped and reused. Instead you link a booking with a one-off link.
The park can send you one, or you can ask for one yourself with your booking reference, surname and email address. Either way the link is emailed to the address held on the booking, never to whatever was typed into the form, so a guessed reference reaches the guest rather than the guesser. Each link works once, and asking for a new one cancels the last.
Who can see what
You see only the bookings reachable through the links you hold. A booking id typed into the address bar gives you nothing, because every page is answered from your own links outwards.
The park sees its own guests and bookings, as it always has. CampSuite staff can reach a park's data to support it, and every time they do it is recorded.
Every link issued, used, refused or withdrawn is recorded, so it is always clear who was given access to a booking and when.
Staying in control
You can change your password at any time, and you can withdraw your own access to a park from your account. Withdrawing access closes your view of that park's bookings; it does not cancel the booking, and the park keeps its own record of your stay because it has to.
To correct something on a booking, or to ask a park to remove your guest record, speak to the park. It is their record.
Getting in touch
